Our instructors have a wealth of experience in the field and have served as investigators on numerous accidents and incidents.

We are held in high regard by our clients because we do not simply teach you what to do (theoretical training), we show you what to do (practical training)

We pride ourselves in offering practical training that has been tested in the field. We treat every training course as if it were actually happening to us, because it might!

Denotech Training is the only South African Fire Investigation Training provider with live demonstrations (on real scenes) of forensic testing and detection techniques.

These tests are conducted by forensic experts who explain the importance of the test results, the importance of the scene and how these results relate to the overall report.

In Accident & Incident Investigation Training courses, we teach students the necessary skills to produce a thorough and detailed investigation report that can be relied upon by a wide variety of stakeholders.

We offer a well-rounded investigation training program which include the following modules:

Fire, Explosion and Injury Investigation- Live fire investigation- Documentation and reporting- Managing medical issues- Safety and rescue tactics

Our training is taught by qualified instructors who use their real life experiences as firefighters and other emergency personnel to demonstrate the various skills needed to complete proper investigations.

These courses are designed to prepare students for any situation they may encounter at the scene of an accident.

Fire Fighters should be trained in a number of core skills that could help them to avoid responding to a fire that is out of control, rather than putting out a fire.

The goal of this training is to ensure that the Fire Fighter knows their SCBA equipment and its limitations.

This training course will allow Fire Fighters to make a few simple checks to ensure they can deal with an out-of-control fire effectively.

Denotech Training offers Fire Fighting Training in South Africa. It is an online training course for people who wish to become Fire Fighters.

Candidates who successfully complete the course will be issued with a National Level Emergency Response Card (NERSC) and will be eligible to apply for employment as a Fire Fighter in South African Municipalities and some Provincial Governments.

Training is a vital part of keeping safe as a fire fighter or survival instructor. The Denotech Training Academy has been training Fire Fighters and Survival Instructors since 2003.

Our extensive training facility has been built to accommodate work place requirements as well as meet all the needs for classroom training, practical training and a hands-on military style obstacle course.

We pride ourselves that we have trained South Africa’s best fire fighters. If you wish to learn more about our training methods and courses, you can email us at

Our Primary Goal is to provide a safe working environment for our students through quality fire fighting training. All fire fighters need to be up to date with the latest skills and techniques to ensure they are able to protect their colleagues and the community from fire related danger.
