Although road rollers are one of the simplest and safest pieces of equipment on the road, they do come with certain dangers and hazards. Therefore it is imperative that all drivers and operators know how to use this equipment properly and safely.
The ROAD ROLLER DRIVER TRAINING COURSE has been designed to teach all learners how to safely operate a road roller. During this course, you will be able to drive a road roller on a closed-off training area in a safe environment. You will also be taught in a classroom setting in a hands-on environment, using a full-scale road roller simulator.
Denotech Training was founded in 2013 aiming to offer road roller driver training courses in South Africa. Our aim is to provide the best roller safety course to train students toward getting their international road roller licence. From our training centre in Centurion, Johannesburg, we offer internationally accredited courses toward the following international certificates: A1 (class 1) Road Roller Operator Licence, A2 (class 2) Road Roller Operator Licence and A3 (class 3) Road Roller Operator Licence.
The National Code of Practice for Road Rollers, N3 (issued by the government of South Africa), requires that any person intending to operate a road roller should be adequately trained and have a class 1,2 or 3 licence issued according to the type of roller being used.
The first step is to contact us and then proceed with an application form for registration as a road roller operator candidate. This will be followed by a full roll training program that you will have to complete.

We provide such courses with a full turning around in just 4 days. Packed with practical knowledge, each course comprises theory, practicals and assessments.
