Today, Denotech Training launched a new feature on our web app. This new feature allows students who have been placed in an on-the-job training program to know where they stand in a 30-day average for a particular skill.
This is a new way for our students to keep track of their progress and help them stay on pace to complete their training.
Nobody will get every skill mastered by the end of the thirty days, but this is a good way to see where you stand among all the other students nationwide.
This will be a great way for you to get real world experience and learn from the farmers themselves.
Now, building your skills is even easier with Denotech. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to walk you through what you need.
Denotech training is an agricultural training school that provides training in all aspects of Agricultural Machinery Training. We are located in the heart of the Western Cape, between Stellenbosch and Paarl. Many jobs can be obtained in the agriculture sector and these skills are not only useful but also essential for career progression.
Designed to provide a foundation for young people interested in a career in agriculture, Tractor Training is a four-week course that covers tractor operation – from gearing up to driving under difficult conditions.
Since launching in 2014, Denotech has trained more than 150 young people, giving them the necessary skills and knowledge to take their first steps into the agriculture industry.
Denotech was established in 2015 as part of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Training levy. The Tractor Training initiative is an integral part of their mandate to provide young people with opportunities and support them where and when they need it most. From the classroom to the field, we’re committed to investing in South Africa’s future farmers.
Tractor Training is the best way to ensure you get the most out of your tractor. By doing training yourself, you can do maintenance repairs on your tractor and prevent accidents that could occur if you try to do it by yourself. The tractor is very valuable on your farm; it is not just a piece of equipment but an investment. Most tractors are valued at more than R 1 million.
You should take the time to do proper training so you can spend less time fixing problems and more time working on your business. Due to low interest rates, there is plenty of money available for investment, so many new tractors are being purchased worldwide.
